PVPOA Amenities

POINT VENTURE AMENITIES

All of the amenities owned and operated by PVPOA are controlled by card access gates, (except the tennis courts), and accessible only to members in good standing (dues are current) with the PVPOA.

POOL                   8AM - 10PM     (WE CLOSE FOR THE WINTER)
GYM                       5AM - 10PM
LIBRARY                5AM - 10PM

Special request for access other than normal hours may be approved by the General Manager.

The Association owns and maintains the following amenities:

1) Junior Olympic swimming pool

2) Fifty acre water front park which has boat launch ramps, covered pavilion, a number of picnic tables, a playground area, basket ball court and a nature area.

3) Tennis courts

4) A 163 slip marina with an outdoor floating restaurant (The Gnarly Gar on Lake Travis) attached which is open year round.

5) A nine hole golf course (Pointventuregolf.com).

6) Recreational complex which includes:

The offices for the Point Venture Townhouses Association
The offices for the Point Venture POA
A very well maintained Exercise room.
Lending library which also serves as a small conference/meeting room.
Meeting room (Venture Room) that accommodates about 75 people
Club room with cooking facilities for parties and receptions.
